By accessing and using Tiger Claw (the "Service"), a cloud-based SaaS by BotCraftWorks, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Tiger Claw provides autonomous Artificial Intelligence sales and prospecting agents deployed on social messaging platforms (e.g., Telegram, LINE). The service is provided "as is" and "as available," operating from our centrally hosted Google Cloud infrastructure.
You use your own API accounts from LLM Providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic). You are solely responsible for all API fees directly incurred by the model provider. Tiger Claw encrypts and uses these keys strictly on your behalf but is immune to sudden provider suspensions or billing disputes.
You agree not to use Tiger Claw for illegal activities, mass spamming, or violating the Terms of Service of platforms on which your agent operates (e.g., LINE, Telegram Bot API). Accounts utilizing their provisioned agents for malicious behavior will face immediate termination without notice.
Tiger Claw subscription fees (e.g., Tiger Lite, Tiger Pro) are billed seamlessly via our payment processor. Subscriptions run month-to-month and can be canceled via the user dashboard at any time. Due to the high-overhead nature of AI multi-tenant hosting, no refunds are provided for partial months.
BotCraftWorks shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services—including but not limited to, the banning of connected Telegram/LINE accounts, missed leads, or AI model hallucinations.
