When you register for Tiger Claw and use our SaaS onboarding, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your assigned social channel tokens (e.g., Telegram Bot Tokens, LINE Access Tokens)
• Your AI Provider API Keys (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Conversation histories processed by the active agents (for memory context)

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for operating the Tiger Claw autonomous agents on your behalf. We do not sell your personal data. The Tiger Hive collective intelligence feature (if opted-in) strictly anonymizes interaction patterns before using them to improve objection handling globally.

4. Security & Encryption

Tiger Claw is a secure multi-tenant SaaS. All your prospect data, bot tokens, and API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Our database is hosted on Google Cloud Platform and governed by strict IAM (Identity and Access Management) rules. We never access your raw API keys or bot tokens after ingestion.

5. PDPA Compliance (Thailand)

For our users in Thailand, we adhere directly to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Your data is processed only with your explicit consent, and you retain the right to request full account termination and data deletion at any time.
