Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how BotCraft Works LLC, doing business as Tiger Claw ("Tiger Claw," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our website at tigerclaw.io and our Tiger Claw AI Follow-Up Assistant service (the "Service").

Information We Collect

From Operators (our paying customers):

  • Account information: name, email address, and payment information processed by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers
  • Configuration data: connected messaging credentials, calendar booking links, and API keys you provide to enable the Service (we store these securely; you may revoke them at any time)
  • Usage data: how you interact with the Service, including conversation notes, follow-up activity, performance metrics, and error logs
  • Communications: messages you send to our support or that we send to you

From Prospects (people your assistant helps you communicate with):

  • Channel identifiers and handles for the channels you connect — for example Telegram handles and chat IDs, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, SMS mobile numbers, and LINE user IDs
  • Messages, notes, and follow-up details you submit or connect to the Service
  • Publicly available information provided to us by our third-party data provider, including but not limited to usernames, publicly posted statements, and links to public sources

Automatically collected:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URLs
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy below)

How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To communicate with you about the Service, including service announcements and support
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To develop new features and analyze usage patterns (in aggregate, non-identifying form where possible)

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Tiger Claw, we collect your mobile phone number and the content of those messages to send the communications you have consented to receive.

  • Consent: We send SMS only to people who have given prior express consent — for example, by submitting their mobile number through a form, texting us first, or as part of an existing business relationship.
  • Message types: Conversational follow-ups, appointment and video-call reminders, scheduling confirmations, replies to your questions, and occasional account or service updates.
  • No sharing of mobile data: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages (such as our SMS or telecommunications provider), solely for that purpose.
  • Frequency & rates: Message frequency varies based on your activity and conversations. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at help@tigerclaw.io to opt out.

Third-Party Services We Use

We share information with the following service providers as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Payment processors — payment processing
  • Hosting providers — hosting infrastructure
  • Database providers — database services
  • Messaging channels — message delivery through the channels you connect, each via its own provider: Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and LINE
  • Calendar providers — calendar booking on your behalf
  • AI providers — AI processing, using your API key when applicable
  • Third-party data provider — supplies publicly sourced prospect information

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

Prospect Data — Important Disclosure

Tiger Claw may receive information about prospects from third-party data providers, connected tools, or information you provide. We use this information to support conversation memory, reply drafting, objection support, follow-up organization, and next-step guidance. We do not sell this information to third parties. Prospects may contact us at help@tigerclaw.io to request information about data we hold on them, request deletion, or opt out.

You own the prospect conversation data, notes, and records you provide to the Service. We use that information to operate, support, secure, and improve the Service, not to sell prospect conversation data to third parties.

Suppression, unsubscribe, and do-not-contact requests must be honored. If a prospect asks not to be contacted, you are responsible for respecting that request in your own communications, and we may retain limited suppression records as needed to prevent future contact.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain account and configuration data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal, accounting, and operational purposes. Conversation logs and prospect data are retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with applicable law. You may request export or deletion at any time by contacting help@tigerclaw.io.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request an export of your tenant-owned data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of certain uses or sharing
  • Withdraw consent previously given

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at help@tigerclaw.io. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Cancellation does not remove your ability to request export or deletion of eligible data.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have additional rights including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. EU/UK residents: If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your data under GDPR/UK GDPR. Our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent where required. You have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact help@tigerclaw.io to exercise these rights or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us immediately at help@tigerclaw.io.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here and update the "Effective Date" above. Material changes will be communicated via email to active operators.
