Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: April 23, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Tiger Claw Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Illegal activity:

  • Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal gambling
  • Promote or sell regulated products without proper authorization (firearms, pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, etc.)

Pyramid schemes, illegal MLMs, and prohibited opportunity claims:

  • Promote any business opportunity that operates as an illegal pyramid scheme under FTC guidance or applicable law
  • Promote any MLM, affiliate, direct selling, social-selling, or opportunity program currently under active FTC, SEC, or equivalent regulatory enforcement action until such action is resolved
  • Make income or earnings claims that cannot be substantiated or that do not comply with FTC disclosure requirements

Deception and impersonation:

  • Impersonate any real person, company, or entity
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with any company, product, or individual
  • Fail to disclose the AI nature of your agent where disclosure is required by law

Harmful conduct:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or defraud any prospect or person
  • Target minors or vulnerable populations
  • Send messages to any person who has asked not to be contacted
  • Violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or similar communication laws

Prohibited content:

  • Sexual or adult content
  • Violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
  • Content that promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior
  • Content that violates a connected messaging platform's terms of service

Technical abuse:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Bypass rate limits, access controls, or security features
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code

Enforcement

We may investigate violations, suspend or terminate your account, and cooperate with law enforcement without notice. We reserve the right to remove content or refuse service at our sole discretion.
